As the owner of the property there are certain requirements you are obligated to fulfil. This will ensure that your client has a happy stay and will book time and time again.

These requirements include:

• 2 sets of keys clearly labelled
• All instruction manuals left in kitchen, copy of insurance document to include Liability, Instructions on how to operate any equipment i.e. TV/SAT, AirCon/Heating, Washing machine
•  3 sets of bed linen per bed
•  3 sets of towels per bed
• Owner’s bank account details
• Owner’s contact details
• Copy of community rules       

* The owner of the property is responsible for the payment of all service bills.

The Company Sunsure is not liable for any responsibilities to the Spanish authorities and the settlement of tax obligations that the owners may incur.
