We offer a Key Holding Service that will ensure your property is monitored on a frequent basis. This can be carried out monthly, fortnightly, weekly or however frequently you would like. Our client’s find this service reassuring as it keeps them up to date on the condition of their property.

The service you will receive includes:

• Key Holding
• Monthly/fortnightly/weekly check of property inside & out
• Flush toilets/run showers & taps to avoid build up of stagnant water
• Check for signs of damp or mould
• Check for infestation both inside & out
• Airing the property
• Check electricity, water & gas (visual/smell only)
• Check for any visual signs of break-in or damage
• Ensure property is secure on completion of inspection
• Complete checklist & report back to clients monthly

Key Holding Service

Fortnightly   Key Holding Management Fee: € 500, 00 per annum.
Weekly        Key Holding Management Fee: € 900, 00 per annum.

Emergency call out

Daytime (9am-9pm): €40, 00 for first hour, €20, 00 each hour after
Night      (9pm-9am): €55, 00 for first hour, €25, 00 each hour after
